We offer an on-line field reservation and booking system that you and your sports league can implement as your own secure scheduling and booking system. Your team managers can login and view, search and reserve playing fields, courts, batting cages, bowling lanes, basketball courts (etc) that you provide. This service makes managing your resources a breeze for everyone.

How Does It Work?

 

We provide online tools and interfaces that you and your team managers use to schedule fields, courts etc and manage there available time slots.

 

 Administrative Interface  Gives your Player Agent tools to add your Teams, Fields, and Users. This is typically a one time setup. Then as available field time slots become known, they are added in and become immediatly available for team managers to see and reserve.
Team Managers login to see available fields and times with a convenient easy to use calendar view. Once a suitable field and time is located, the manager can reserve the field with a single mouse click.
Team players can go on-line and view practice schedules at anytime.

What about Rules?

There are often restrictions that leagues impose on the reservations guidlines. Basic rules that you can control by means of the administrators control panel are:

  • Ability to limit the number of reservations per team for the current week (From 0-unlimited)
  • Ability to limit the number of reservations per team for the following week (From 0-unlimited)
  • Ability to limit the number of reservations per team for 3 weeks out (From 0-unlimited)
  • Ability to limit the number of reservations per team for 4 weeks out (From 0-unlimited)
  • Ability to 'Snatch' a field that is available on the current day regardless of other rules

  • Does the Player Agent have to schedule the field for the team manager?
  • NO. The team manager reserves the fields himself based on the rules that the player agent has set.
  • Can the Player Agent Overide Team Managers reservations?
  • YES. The Player Agent can change anything a Team Manager does.
  • Can the Player Agent make reservations for Team Managers?
  • YES. The Player Agent can act on behalf of a Team Manager.
  • My League has custom rules. Can NoSniveling.com still help me?

  • Can a Team Manager undo a reservation they have made?
  • YES.
  • Can a Team Manager make reservations for another Team Manager?
  • NO.
  • Can a Team Manager cancel a reservation that is not their own?
  • NO. They can only cancel their own reservations.
  • Is there any software that our managers must install to get started?
  • NO. All they need is internet access and a web browser. Managers can logon from any computer terminal with internet access. There are no restrictions on the number of terminals used to logon.
